Program Description

Lova Capital Group operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with homeowners who have submitted a property inquiry and explicitly opted in to receive text messages. Messages are sent from a registered 10-digit long code (10DLC) number.

How to Opt In

You opt in to our SMS program by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form and submitting your information. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Lova Capital Group at the mobile number you provide.

SMS consent is collected at the point of form submission and is documented with a timestamp for compliance purposes.
